Join us for... Tech Evolution in Early Stages of a Startup
About the Talk: This presentation will cover practices we did at Fetch when we had limited runway and a completely different set of engineers. Startups are not fortunate to have the budgets that other companies may have, so how can you best capitalize on the resources that you do have and ensure your company can scale.
About the Speaker: Heidi Wagner is currently the VP of GSD (which stands for "VP of Getting Stuff Done") and have been with Fetch for 8.5 years. I helped scale Fetch from 35 employees to 800+ employees the Fetch platform to 17 million monthly active users. I have more than 25 years of experience and prior to Fetch I worked for Shopbop (a subsidiary of Amazon).
