Welcome to the CPHA Drop-In Sign-up form! We look forward to talking with you.

If you are meeting with us in-person, please sign-up in the office when you arrive with the QR code provided on the front desk.

If you are meeting with us virtually, after filling out the form, you will receive an invitation to meet via the email address you indicate below.

When you sign up for a drop-in, please use your Wisc account if you are a current UW-Madison student. Please also be sure to MONITOR YOUR EMAIL. Once we send you an invitation to a video chat, you will have up to 3 minutes to accept the invitation before we have to move on to the next advisee. If this occurs and you still want to talk with us, please sign-up again! We will still be happy to talk with you.

Note: If you are accessing drop-ins using your phone, you may be prompted to download an app for Zoom when you accept the meeting invitation. This is quick and free.

Waiting times vary. You may wait only 10-15 minutes. You may be contacted immediately if there are no other advisees in line. Or, you may have a longer wait.

Have a good book, show, or something to study on hand in case you need to wait for a longer period of time. And again, please pay attention to your email. We will invite you to your drop-in as soon as we can!

We'll get to you for your drop-in conversation as soon as we can! We also apologize in advance if we have to close the form due to reaching capacity before the end of the drop-in session.*
