You just moved in and you might have a lot of cardboard boxes to recycle. Where do they go, you ask? There are signs and posters around your residence hall that will direct you to a convenient location for you to sustainably get rid of your trash and recycling. Depending on your building, this location may stay the same all year or you may have a new area once your fellow Badgers are moved in, so stay informed!

Maintenance Minute: Save Your Tech!
|
Lithium ion batteries help keep you connected and take you on the go. They also store a lot of energy, can burn explosively, and may pose a serious threat if not properly cared for. Items like your cell phone, laptop, e-bike, and electric toothbrush all contain these and can be a fire hazard if you don't know how to take care of them.

Your Hall Desk: The Place for Everything
|
You probably have already stopped at your hall desk to get your keys to move in, or perhaps you will be in just a few days! Either way, your community's desk is a great resource for information, picking up your mail, or getting a loaner key if you get locked out of your room. The best part, though, is that you can check out cleaning, cooking, sporting, and entertainment supplies from your desk at any time! Check out locations
and hours before you visit.
