The 2025-2026 academic year was full of record programming and new beginnings!
- hosted 12 lecture series' speakers in our department
- co-sponsored 5 campus events including 2 conference keynotes
- ran 1 international UNESCO panel
- received 2 Anonymous Fund grants
- awarded 17 annual scholarships
- launched a new! student collective with corresponding speaker series
- launched a new! departmental affiliate tea series

The De Cleene Student Leadership Series launched the new student collective, FLOW wherein students organized events with their unique goals and perspectives in mind!
- workshops on leadership values, failure, and resilience
- a session on meditative mindfulness
- a dinner and discussion on personal finance

The CRGW is the UNESCO Co-Chair on Gender, Wellbeing and a Culture of Peace. In this capacity, the CRGW hosted a parallel virtual event to the 70th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women!

As our department moves into Levy Hall this Fall 2026, we said goodbye to the CRGW's room in Sterling Hall where so many of our events have been held with gratitude since the Center's inception two decades ago. Here's to new beginnings in Levy Hall!
